Pending Application is an entertainment and relationship-organization product for adults 18+. It is not a background-check service, employment service, legal service, or scientific compatibility assessment. Users and applicants are responsible for their own decisions, communications, meetings, and safety.

Users may not use the service for harassment, impersonation, coercion, fraud, unlawful discrimination, illegal activity, or to collect prohibited sensitive information. You are responsible for the content you create, submit, share, or print and for having the right to use that content.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel future renewal through the billing-management option available on your account. Cancellation stops future renewal; access and included features may continue through the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Creator referral program. Eligible creators earn 5% of eligible net product revenue actually collected from customers attributed to their creator link, after discounts, taxes, and Stripe processing fees. Printed-card orders and other physical fulfillment/pass-through costs are excluded. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate-account abuse, or transactions intended primarily to generate commission can reduce, reverse, or disqualify commission. Referral attribution lasts 30 days from a creator-link visit and is locked to the first creator attributed to that customer. Creator payouts require completion of Stripe's connected-account requirements, and creators are responsible for their own tax obligations.

All sales are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes subscription charges, digital add-ons, applicant-photo purchases, and printed-card orders once submitted. Canceling does not create a refund or credit for the current billing period. If applicable law requires a refund, replacement, or other remedy, that legal requirement controls.

Printed products are produced through third-party fulfillment services. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, address errors, customs, or events outside Pending Application's control. If an order arrives materially defective or incorrect because of a fulfillment error, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

Pending Application may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, threaten security, violate these terms, or create risk for other users. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion, subject to retention of records that must or reasonably should be kept for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, or events outside reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pending Application is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or from interactions between users.
