Pending Application stores the account information needed to operate the service, applications created by account holders, and answers intentionally submitted by applicants. Applicant answers are private to the application owner unless that owner chooses to share them.

Applicant photos are optional. If the application owner has photo access, an applicant may upload one at no extra charge. If the owner does not have photo access, an applicant may choose the separate one-time photo option shown before upload. Applicant photos are automatically deleted 7 days after the application owner first views the photo; the written application remains until it is deleted or no longer needed to operate the service.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout; Pending Application does not directly store full card numbers. Service providers such as payment, email, hosting/storage, and printing/fulfillment providers receive only the information reasonably needed to provide those services.

Creators who join the referral program may be asked by Stripe to provide identity, tax, and bank payout information directly to Stripe. Pending Application stores the Stripe connected-account identifier and referral/commission records needed to calculate and administer creator earnings, but does not directly store full creator bank-account details.

Account, application, transaction, and support records may be retained while an account is active and afterward for a reasonable period needed for operations, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, and recordkeeping. You may request deletion of your account or personal information; some transaction or compliance records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.

To understand website traffic, Pending Application collects limited first-party operational analytics: page categories, broad referral sources, time of visit, and a daily rotating pseudonymous browser key derived from network and browser signals. Full IP addresses, raw browser user-agent strings, page codes, search strings, passwords, application answers, and photos are not kept in the analytics records. These records are automatically deleted after 30 days. No third-party analytics cookie is used for this reporting, and Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Counts are estimates and may include automated traffic.

Pending Application uses a secure session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. Do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, banking details, precise home addresses, medical records, or other highly sensitive information in an application. Applicants must be 18 or older.
